Millie Bobby Brown has revealed her personal ranking of all five Stranger Things seasons, putting the first at the top and the second at the bottom, sparking lively discussion among fans.

Millie Bobby Brown has weighed in on the much-discussed topic of Stranger Things season rankings, and her choices have certainly got fans talking. The actor, who plays Eleven, recently shared her personal order of preference for all five seasons, and it’s fair to say her list has raised a few eyebrows among the show’s loyal following.

Millie’s Picks: From Nostalgia to New Favourites

Brown didn’t hesitate when asked about her top pick.

“Season one’s my favourite, then season five,”

she told Vanity Fair.

“Then season three, then season four, then season two.”

She went on to explain her reasoning, saying the first season holds a special place in her heart.

“Season one, nostalgia-wise, it’s my favourite season. Personally, it was the most exciting time of my life. But season five, the way it looks, the way it feels, the plot – all of it is my favourite.”

Despite putting the second season at the bottom, Brown wasn’t harsh in her assessment.

“Least favourite, season two, just ‘cause I don’t really remember it,”

she admitted.

“Everyone hates episode seven.”

Castmates Weigh In

Not everyone in the cast agrees with Brown’s take. Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers, was quick to defend the much-maligned second season, saying it cops

“way too much slander.”

Gaten Matarazzo, known for his role as Dustin, chimed in as well, calling it an

“underrated season.”

It’s clear the cast have their own opinions, and the debate over which season stands out most is far from settled. The first season, of course, kicked off the whole phenomenon, blending a gripping mystery with a hefty dose of ‘80s nostalgia that struck a chord with punters everywhere.

Season Two’s Divisive Reputation

Season two, though, has long been a point of contention among fans. The seventh episode, ‘The Lost Sister’, in particular, has copped plenty of criticism for its sudden shift in tone and for disrupting the flow of the season’s final act. Many reckon it’s the weakest link, though some still see it as unfairly judged.

Meanwhile, the third and fourth seasons often get lumped together, but there’s a case to be made for the third edging ahead, especially thanks to the memorable Battle of Starcourt. As for the latest instalment, early reviews have praised its blockbuster moments and emotional performances, with the ending of Volume 1 leaving viewers keen for more.

What’s Next for Fans?

With Volume 2 on the horizon, fans are already speculating about what’s to come and where it might land in their own rankings. The release schedule is out, and anticipation is building as the story heads towards its conclusion. So, which season do you reckon deserves the top spot?
